SHIPPING INFORMATION
Standard Delivery
We ship most print orders via Fed-Ex Express, and book orders via USPS to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or third-party receiving warehouses. A physical address is required for delivery. Shipping Rates & Costs
Shipping rates for the continental U.S. are detailed in the table below. During checkout, your shopping cart will display the total cost of items before shipping and tax.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the pre-tax total of your order and your selected shipping method. If applicable, sales tax will be collected on the shipping amount.
- Signature Required: A signature is required for delivery of orders over $1,000.

Standard Delivery Time Frame
- Processing Time: In-stock items ship from our warehouse within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day during our office hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Delivery Times:
- Continental United States: Delivery via USPS Ground typically takes 1–4 business days after the ship date.
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & Remote Locations: Delivery may take up to 5 business days after the ship date.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment.

Important Notes:
- Additional charges and processing fees may apply for redelivery, refused delivery, or address change requests.
- Shipments reported as missing more than 30 days after tracking information is made available are not eligible for replacement.
If you suspect your package was lost, stolen, or not delivered, please contact Fed-Ex or USPS immediately for assistance.
Specialty Prints
Production Times for Specialty Prints
- Standard Specialty Prints: Production and shipping typically take 2–3 weeks from the close of the sale.
- Platinum Palladium Prints: Due to the meticulous craftsmanship involved, these prints require 3 weeks to 3 months to complete and ship.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Canceling your order
To cancel your order, log in to your account, navigate to the Orders section, and select the option to Cancel the order for your artwork within 1-2 business days.
Alternatively, you can email our Director of Archive, Rachel Crowe: rachel@seligerstudio.com to request a cancellation. Please note that cancellations via email are subject to processing times, and we cannot guarantee your order will be canceled before it ships.
